Hearts of Blood by Kay Doherty (Arc) Review!

Hearts of Blood (Chevalier, #2)Hearts of Blood by Kay Doherty

Hearts of Blood (Chevalier, #2) (ARC) was graciously provided to me by IndiGo Marketing & Design for an honest review. I have read this book and have provided my honest opinion.

                                                 “A Nail-Biting, Incredibly Exciting Read”

WOO!  HOO!  Now, that’s what I’m talkin’ about!  What a super, amazing read that had so many nail-biting moments with many surprising twists and turns right up until the very end.  The-very-end.  The likes of which already have me waiting for the next story of this electrifying, exciting, squeal-worthy, paranormal series.

Readers!  Even non-readers, get your kindles all warmed up and get comfy ‘cuz you’re going to want to read this new release!  THIS SERIES!  YOWZA..

Hearts of Blood, by Kay Doherty, needs to be read like right now!  Start at the beginning of the Chevalier Series and begin this addicting adventure.  It has it all..wolves, vampires, dragons, Elemental, transgender vampires, Sorcerers, angst, heat, love, excitement, action, and..a beautiful, heart-warming picture of a different kind of family.  A loving, dedicated, nurturing family..

Gah..how I glingy love the main characters and am equally so drawn to the secondary ones from the previous book, who do return with scintillating cameos, and I already need so much more of them.  Vance and Sakima are wonderful and I just adore them and their heart-warming bond.  I may have screamed a bit throughout this read as all of the characters battled many different entities, lead by acts of denial, selfishness, and bigotry.

The Chevalier Series hooked me right from the very first line of the very first book.  It is turning into top-rated reads for this reader.  While I had hoped for more depth, as a whole, more development to the beginning of Vance and Sakima’s relationship, and was a bit confused, at times, this still somewhat new-to-me author is quickly proving to be a go-to, one-click, top-of-the-list, glued-to-my-kindle type of writer.  A definite must-read.  *drops mic*
