Love Pains (ARC) was graciously provided to me by the author for an honest review. I have voluntarily read this book and have provided my honest opinion.
A Heart-Warming Sizzling Read..
An amazing, sizzling, stunning, nail-biting, and, immensely heart-warming read with a storyline that’s a beautifully-written and emotional one with sexy, dedicated, and, ultimately well-versed characters, all set within realistic and beautiful settings had this reader squealing, needing multiple cold showers, gushing, and, bawling through heavy bouts of frustration, followed by all sorts of giddiness throughout much of this story..
I LOVED my new read of an upcoming release, Love Pains, by Marissa Holt, an author who I have read before and who will now become a must-read for me. Love Pains, as the title indicates, is a story about love and how it affects multiple characters within the storyline that the author has successfully intertwined together through means of a great plot and it’s overall juxtaposition being so subtle having not registered until after its completion.
Love Pains, brought me through the difficult realization of many of the characters of exactly how love affects them as they finally realize what’s important as they are faced with difficult decisions when it comes to the heart and happiness. I loved how the overall heaviness of the topic was lightened by the dedication of the characters, both two legged and four. It’s main characters, Sonny and Porter, having a long history were absolutely a joy to read as they finally came to grips with answers to their blatant yet unknown connection. What’s better than one alpha?? Two alphas…:)
In the end, even though there was still a need for editing, these glitches did not take away from the overall gripping story, with characters including those making cameos from previous stories, its storyline with an emphasis on growth, love, and, acceptance, made Love Pains a greatly recommended story that I will be reading again..I loved it..:)
